You can get some really neat effects using nested tables for your 
web pages.  I have included the html files for both a double and
triple border.  I have also included the html coding for both, which
you can customize if you're familiar with html.  To download the two
html pages, click on the little zip folder below.

Using The HTML Pages

This is pretty easy!  All you need to do is open the html document
in your image/page editor.  For the double tables file, choose 2 backgrounds 
whose colours complement one another and add one to each table. 
For the triple, you will need 3 backgrounds.  As for the double, simply
open the html file and add the backgrounds of your choice.

Using the HTML codes

Simply copy and paste the code into your html editor
and add your backgrounds.
